In this step you define number range interval 01 for budget documents. The definition comprises the number interval from which the system selects the document numbers and the type of number assignment. Only interval number assignment is allowed for the creation of budget documents.
Activities
- Define the reference budget documents you want for number range interval 01. The program does not process document numbers from other number range intervals.
- Choose internal number assignment.
- Save your entries.
Further notes
You transport number range objects as follows:
Choose Interval -> Transport in the accounting document Number Range screen.
All intervals for the selected number range object are deleted in the target system first. After the import, only the intervals you export are present. The number statuses are imported with their values at the time of export.
Dependent tables are not transported or converted.
