In this step you define number range interval 01 for documents for funds blocking. The definition incorporates the number interval, from which the system selects the document numbers and the type of Number assignment. Only the internal number assignment is allowed when creating documents for the funds blocking.

Activities

  1. Define the desired reference document numbers for Number Range Interval 01. The program does not process document numbers from different number range intervals.
  2. Choose the internal number assignment.
  3. Save your entries

Further notes

You transport number range objects as follows:

Choose Interval -> Transport in the accounting document Number Range screen.

All intervals for the selected number range object are deleted in the target system first. After the import, only the intervals you export are present. The number statuses are imported with their values at the time of export.

Dependent tables are not transported or converted.
