Use
If the existing organizational dimensions personnel area/personnel subarea and employee group/subgroup for deriving the job title key are not suitable, create main and sub-groups in this IMG activity.
The main and sub-groups can be defined in organizational units, positions, persons and budget structure elements.
Main and sub-groups are entered in the job title infotype in personnel administration. In Personnel Budget Plan Management, main and sub-groups are entered in the basic maintenance (transaction HRPBCM) or in the detail maintenance (transaction PP01).
To use the defined main and sub-groups, you have to activate them in the next IMG activity.
