Use
With this IMG activity, you activate the workflow for different areas of responsibility in Position Budgeting and Control. This means, for example, that you can ensure that the responsible person, in an area with a lot of users, is informed via workflow when messages occur with the automatic commitment creation. However, if the run administrator would prefer to work with the run administrator workbench rather than workflow, do not select the Workflow active field for the run administrator for commitment creation in this IMG activity.
Standard settings
SAP delivers the following standard settings.
- Person responsible for financing
- Person responsible for Accounting
- Administrator for commitment creation
- Payroll processor
