Use
In this IMG activity you can schedule programs for automatic commitment creation as periodic Jobs. This way, you can ensure that the program determines the new financing for all objects that were designated for a new financing, regularly and without the need for manual entries.
Requirements
Standard settings
The standard system contain programs RHRFPM_ENGINE_CHANGE_LOG and RHRFPM_ENGINE_ENG_CHANGE_LOG which you can schedule for the automatic commitment creation.
Activities
Schedule one of the programs mentioned above or, if necessary, a customer-specific program periodically.
The time interval in which you schedule the program depends, on the one hand, how often financing-relevant data is changed. On the hand, the amount of data also plays an important role. In any case, you should make sure that the program is started before payroll is started.
