Use

In the view analysis of staff assignment rules of the component ZK>Organizational Management (Change Organization and Staff Assignments, the system checks whether the staff assignment rules defined in Customizing of Position Budgeting and Control were adhered to and displays the results. This check covers the assignments of all positions subordinate to the initial object.

If the program has to check too many financings, runtime problems occur. To avoid this, define an upper limit. The program issues a warning when the limit is exceeded so that the user can decide whether the check should be carried out or not.

Standard settings

The program checks 100 assignments to positions by employees in the standard system.
