Use
In this IMG activity, you enter an administrator who can edit notes for which a workflow started. Then the administrator always receives messages on notes that can be activated if the position in question has not been assigned to a person responsible for position plans.
Administrators can edit all notes for which a workflow has been started. They edit the notes using the function Change Organization and Staffing (transaction PPOME) on the tab page lock notes.
They can also display which positions have notes to be activated in the workflow. To do this they have to call the function Change Organization and Staffing (transaction PPOME), choose the view Staff Assignment Plan (structure) in the overview area and display the column Workflow.
Requirements
You must have created the administrator as a user in the system.

Activities
Enter the administrator.
Note:
The person responsible for the position plan is assigned per organizational unit. To make this assignment, call the function Change Organization and Staffing (transaction PPOME), navigate to the tab page person responsible for financing and follow the link person responsible for position plan.
