Use
In this IMG activity, you define how many additional columns that use a particular formatting variant are displayed for hierarchy information in reports of Personnel Budget Plan Management and how they are named. This makes it possible to display the hierarchy information in table form.
If the assignment of budget structure elements (BS elements) to a column of the budget hierarchy is not unique, you can use the field lowest level to define that the lowest level is displayed. Otherwise the highest level is displayed.
If you do not define any columns for the formatting variant you cannot evaluate the hierarchy information.
Requirements
You have defined at least one formatting variant in the IMG activity Define Formatting Variant.
Standard settings
SAP does not deliver any standard settings.
