Use
In this IMG activity, you define which of the subtypes you created maps the "to be reclassified" notes. You also define the characteristics for these "TBR" notes. Note that you cannot change the characteristic external note if entries were already made for a "TBR" note in the system. In this case you are not allowed to delete the note type.
You define:
- whether it is an external note
- that a particular note type (subtype) should be obsolete. You require this indicator because note types for which there are already entries in the system cannot be deleted. Calling existing infotype entries would cause errors.
Requirements
You have created at least one note type (subtype) for "to be reclassified" notes in the IMG activity Define Note Types.
Standard settings
SAP delivers the note types (subtypes) 0011 to 0014 for "TBR" notes although 0013 and 0014 are flagged as external notes.
Activities
Define the characteristics you require for all subtypes you created.
