Use
This Business Add In (BAdI) is used in the component Position Budgeting and Control (PA-PM-PB).
Using this BAdI, you can determine the valid job title key for persons, positions or budget structure elements. A decision tree is used for this which is mapped by using either a feature or a validation. In this BAdI, you can choose either option. You can also enhance the transfer structure with customer-defined fields in this BAdI.
The input parameters of the decision tree are the organizational dimensions of a person, position or budget structure element. In addition to the organizational dimensions, the pay scale groupings (from infotype 0008 or 1005 and 1514) are provided. The analysis period is also copied.
If the program determines several alternatives for job title keys, the processor can select one.

Activities
Example
The job title of a finance inspector can be assigned to a person who is valuated according to the Public Sector Remuneration Act A09 and is assigned to the activity field financial processing. The program can determine the correct description for a male or female finance inspector (not relevant for English).
To display sample coding, choose Goto -> Sample Coding -> Display.
