Use
You can define the relevance types of the personnel budget plan in this IMG activity.
You define the following in the relevance type of the personnel budget plan:
- whether the positions are allowed to be displayed in the personnel budget plan
You can prevent a particular position being displayed in the personnel budget plan by assigning the position to an appropriate relevance type. - whether positions are allowed to be staffed
In the case of positions that cannot be staffed, you can define whether they should be displayed in the personnel budget plan or not.
Requirements
Standard settings
No relevance types are assigned to positions in the standard system. All positions can be staffed and are displayed in the personnel budget plan.
Activities
Define the relevance types in accordance with your requirements.
If you want to define relevance types that do not allow a position to be staffed, you have to set the filter value ATTRIBUTES to active so that a check is carried out when the position is edited. You do this in the IMG activity Activate Additional Checks.
Example
In your organization, a particular job should be displayed as blank in the personnel budget plan. In this case, you can use the relevance type as a selection criterion, for example, in an ad-hoc query.
Define a relevance type for this with the name blank job and set the indicator relevant to the personnel budget plan.
