Use
In this IMG activity you define the legal grounds. With legal grounds you can define a reason in the system for why a financing was created or finished.
The distinction between whether a legal ground contains the reason for creating/ending a financing can be carried out using field Release.
Requirements
Standard settings
SAP does not deliver any standard settings.
Activities
Example
A person is financed from a budget. When you create a financing in Personnel Budget Plan Manangement (tab page Financing Position Plan ), the responsible processor enters the legal grounds Appointment. After some time, the person is temporarily assigned to a different administrative office and financed there. The processor delimits the financing from the first budget structure element and enters the legal grounds Temporary Assignment.
