Use
In this IMG activity you activate the monitoring of tasks. This means that the system reminds the user about deadlines when follow-up activities for a budget structure element have to carried out.
If the user has entered a date or reminder date with the processing of of a personnel budget plan, the system checks on a day when the job index processing is started whether open deadlines exist in the system for the user. If this is the case, the user gets a message. He/She can identify and then process the budget structure elements for the open deadlines using the search help Search using monitoring of tasks.
The monitoring of tasks is mapped in the system using the infotype 'Monitoring of Tasks' (1515).
Requirements
The deadline types must be defined in Customizing for Personal Administration.
Standard settings
In Position Budgeting and Control SAP provides the monitoring of tasks for budget structure elements.
Activities
Enter the value X (monitoring of dates active) in this IMG activity for the combination HRFPM/TERMN if you want to use the monitoring of tasks.
