The parameter specifications for SAPScipt forms are split into the two areas 'Assignment of Standard Texts to Forms' and 'Print Control Paramater'.
Assign Standard Texts to Forms
Window areas are planned in the form, in which the specified standard texts are included. The SAP system is designed in such a way that the form print contains all the information required. You should only create your own standard texts and enter them here if you want to supplement or change this information.
Example
- You want to print the internal mail address instead of the employee address
- You want to include the company logo
- You want to include a page header and footer
Print control parameter
Here, you can specify a couple of basic print parameters, for example, if the form should be archived. If you want to archive the form, you must still make the necessary Customizing settings for archiving. For more information, see SAP ArchiveLink
