In this step, you set up the type of decimal rounding to be used while calculating tax for your employee every period. You maintain the feature THRNT wherein, you set up the rounding method. There are three types of rounding available:
- Rounding Up (+)
- Rounding Down (-)
- Commercial rounding (K)
If you do not set up the rounding method in this feature, then the tax calculated for your employee will not be rounded.
Example
If you require the decimal value of 0.60 THB and above to be rounded up to the next 1 THB, then you set up the type of rounding as +>060. If you require that the decimal value of 0.45 THB and below to be rounded down to the previous THB, then you set up the type of rounding as -<045. If you want follow the commercial rounding rules, then indicate K.

Specify the appropriate return value for the feature based on the rounding method. If you decide to use the commercial rounding method, then specify K as the return value for this feature.
Further notes
You can also specify various conditions for rounding. For example, if you decide that a decimal value that is greater than 0.40 THB and less than 0.60THB is to be rounded down, then you specify the return value in the feature as ->040<060.
