Use

In this activity, you maintain the addresses of the various branches of your company. A four character code and description needs to be maintained for each of the company branches.

The address of each of the company branches maintained here are used by the respective reports for Social security and Tax.

Requirements

Standard settings

• This branch code also needs to be maintained in the IMG activity Payroll: Thailand->Social Security->Basic Settings->Social Security Branches and Company Account Modifier for the branch address to be reflected in the Social Security (SS) reports.
• This branch code also needs to be maintained in the IMG activity Payroll: Thailand->Tax->Basic Settings-> Assign Tax Calculation Method and Tax ID to PA/PSA Grouping for the branch address to be reflected in the Tax reports.

Activities

1. Enter a four character alphanumberic code and description for each code in the Brch.Cd. and Brch.Desc. fields respectively.
2. Save your entries.
