In this step, you check whether the wage types you want to use as AWS wage types are permissible for entry in the Additional payments infotype (0015) and One time payments off-cycle infotype (0267). If a wage type is not eligible for entry in infotype 0015 or 0267, it cannot be used as an AWS wage type in the Bonus (AWS) Calculation report (HTHCAWS0).

Check the entries delivered by SAP. If you want to allow entry of a new wage type in infotype 0015 or in infotype 0267, proceed as follows:
- On the Choose Activity screen, choose the applicable infotype.
The Change View "Permitted Wage Types": Overview screen appears.
- Select New entries.
- Enter the wage type that is permissible for the infotype in the Wage type field.
- Define the validity period.
- Determine whether the wage type can be entered once or more than once at any one time (time constraint).
- Save your entries.
