Use
In this IMG activity, you can configure the different categories of Relationships between an employee and a related person who is also a dependant of the employee. As per statutory rules, the related person must however, qualify as an Other Dependant.
For example, Father , Mother, or an Adopted Son who is dependant on an employee, and belongs to the category Other Dependant.
The Family Member/Dependants Infotype (0021) displays the configurations that you set using this IMG activy, as options for Relationships.

Activities
To configure a new category of Relationship, select New Entries.
Enter the required information.
Ensure that you specify Character as one (1), as it is the pre-defined key for the Other Dependants.
