In this step, you assign the claim wage types to all the claim plans.
Example
Requirements
- You must have created the claim wage types in the step Wage Type Catalog.
- You must have implemented Claims under the Benefits section of the SAP Reference Implementation Guide (IMG) by choosing Personnel Management -> Benefits -> Plans. It is not possible to assign claim wage types unless claim plans are implemented and complete.
Standard settings
Recommendation
SAP recommends that you assign different sets of claim wage types to all the claim plans. This helps you in tracking the amount processed for each plan separately.
Activities
- Select the plan for which you want to enter wage types.
- Enter the Start and End dates for validity of the wage types.
- In the Claims wage types group box, assign the required wage types for the plan.
- Save your entries.
- Repeat steps 1 to 4 for every claim plan.
