Use

Use this Customizing activity to enter the employer#s address.

Your enterprise#s communication data is then stored in the central address management as the address type Company Address.

The e-mail to the German central storage location (ZSS) must contain the employer#s address and contact person.

Activities

  1. Choose New Entries.
  2. Enter an 8-character address key consisting of the personnel area (4 characters) followed by the personnel subarea (4 characters).
  3. Enter a name of your choice for your company address in the Text field.
  4. Choose Enter.
  5. Use the Display Address dialog box to enter your address data (for example, street and city) and other communication data (such as telephone, fax, e-mail).

Make sure that you edit the following mandatory fields:

  • Sender's Name
  • Country
  • Postal Code
  • City
