Standard settings
The SAP standard delivery contains some legal and industry-specific statistics.
The following legal statistics must be defined for personnel country grouping 02 (Switzerland):
- 01 BG Cadre
- 02 BG WageAgr
The following exceptions must be defined:
For 01 BG Cadre:
- 0001 High/highest cadre 000001
- 0002 Middle cadre 000002
- 0003 Lower cadre 000003
- 0004 Lowest cadre 000004
- 0005 Without cadre function 000005
For 02 BG WageAgr:
- 0001 Association contract 000001
- 0002 Company contract 000002
- 0003 Public/legal 000003
- 0004 Single work contract 000004
Recommendation
Do not change any entries for legal and industry-specific statistics because they are required for standard SAP statistics.
