Use
In this IMG activity you can define which payroll units belong to an enterprise. You also specify to which institution or to which final recipient the wage data of the payroll unit is sent.
You create the wage notification for an enterprise and for a year and send it to various institutions or final recipients.
Requirements
You have defined all payroll units and features of the application key that are relevant for the wage notification in the system.
You have created the internal institutions IDs (view T5C52) and enterprise(s) (view T5CSL) in the previous steps.
Standard settings
In the SAP standard setting there is a 1:1 relationship between the payroll unit and the institution or the final recipient. If you want to group more than one payroll units to an institution or final recipient, this is also possible.

Note
The application key corresponds with the term domain from the standard for wage data processing and transfer (www.swissdec.ch).
