2. Do not change the report name.
3. Use the sample variants to create your own variants for the reports.
4. Enter your own variants in the Variant column.

Note

If in your system you map more than one enterprise or country version, the system checks the enterprises using the payroll unit. The system must evaluate the Organizational Assignment Infotype (0001) for all persons to determine the membership to the payroll unit.

To accelerate the processing of the data extractor, you can:

• enter the payroll areas for Switzerland in the selection screen of your own variants in this step, for example.
• determine the enterprise in the step Store Personnel Subarea Extras for ELM.
