Use
In this activity, you make the required settings to compare the sick leave certificates of the social insurance agency with the absences saved in the system.
You receive the sick leave certificates from the social insurance agency by means of electronic data transfer (ELDA). This ELDA file contains the new notifications, change notifications, and cancellation notifications for the individual employees.
You perform this comparison to verify that the illness notifications saved in the system match the information from the social insurance agency. The entire process comprises the following substeps:
- Upload: You upload the ELDA file into the system.
You can do this using the report Create TemSe File from ELDA Sick Leave Certificates (RPCKSBA0_B2A).
- Consolidate: You update the data in the Illness Reporting from ELDA A (3248) infotype based on the entries from the ELDA file. You enter any missing personnel numbers.
The B2A Manager is available for this purpose. For more information, see the report documentation H99_B2A-Manager.
- Compare: You compare the Illness Reporting from ELDA A (3248) infotype with the Absences (2001) infotype.
Conflicts may arise here if the illness notifications saved in the system do not match the data received via ELDA. To resolve these conflicts, you can use the report Compare Illness Notifications (ELDA) with Absences (RPCKSBA0_MAT).
