Use
In this IMG (Implementation Guide) activity you process the basic settings for Personnel Cost Planning and Simulation.
You specify the following switch values:
- HCP00/L_TIM (Log: Number of Days Stored)
This switch specifies the number of days for which the SAP system saves logs that it generates in background processing (for example messages about data collection runs), or when running detail planning. After the number of days specified, the SAP system deletes the logs.
- HCP00/R_CUT (Exchange Rate Type for Currency Conversion)
This switch specifies the exchange rate type with which the SAP system converts currencies. The SAP system always calculates based on a cost planning run and based on the currency specified for the cost planning run. A conversion is necessary if cost items with different currencies flow into a cost planning run. After the planning run, the SAP system displays all amounts in the currency specified for the cost planning run.
Requirements
Standard settings
In the standard system, the switch HCP00/L_TIM (Log: Number of Days Stored) has the value 30, in other words the SAP system stores the logs for 30 days.
In the standard system, the switch HCP00/R_CUT Exchange Rate Type for Currency Conversion) has the value M (Standard Conversion to Average Rate).
