Use

In this IMG activity, you can make the settings for the global framework. You set an indicator if the agents in your employee interaction center (EIC) do not have a fixed work center and instead choose a free work center each day. To support this virtual work environment with a free choice of seat, the communication management software uses the work center ID instead of the agent ID to configure the communication types.

In addition, you can enter a session connection that references a local server if you do not use communication management software.
