Use
In this IMG activity, you define a number range for activities in the Employee Interaction Center (EIC). The number range comprises a set range of twelve digits from which a unique number for the activities is generated in Case Management. This number is generated automatically by the system or application when a new activity is created. When a new activity is created, the system or application chooses a number from the number range you have defined.
Requirements
Standard settings
The standard system does not comprise a number range for the EIC.
Activities
You can display existing number ranges or change or add additional number ranges.
In the IMG activity Assign Number Range to Activity Case Type, you assign the number ranges you define in this activity to the various activity case types.
You can choose any range of numbers.
