Use
In this Implementation Guide (IMG) activity, you use a wizard to configure a knowledge base in the Software Agent Framework (SAF). Each knowledge base is a collection of knowledge entities whose information is stored in an SAP system.
After a knowledge base is defined in the SAF, the knowledge base can be immediately integrated with the services provided by the SAF, for example, exact and fuzzy text searches, attribute searches, compilation, clustering, search refinement, and integration with the interaction center.
Requirements
Each knowledge entity must be uniquely identifiable by an ID of up to 32 characters. This ID must be a sequential number or a globally unique identifier (GUID).
This Business Add-In approach requires you to implement an Add-In based on Add-In definition CRM_SAF_KB. Each knowledge base should have its own Add-In implementation.
An Add-In based knowledge base assumes a knowledge entity consists of a short text description, long text description, and set of attributes as name-value pairs. No hierarchical attributes are represented using this Add-In approach.
