Use

You use this wizard to help you create or maintain launch transactions which are used in the Interaction Center (IC) WebClient. Agents select launch transactions from the navigation bar. Agents are not aware if the function they selected is standard, or a launch transaction that you created in this customizing activity. Launch transactions can also be launched from scripting or from the activity clipboard.

You must use this wizard for each launch transaction you want to create.

  • BOR methods
  • BOL browser
  • BOL objects
  • People-Centric UI
  • IS-U front office processes

Prerequisites

  • You defined transaction launcher logical systems and URLs.
  • You activated the design time repository service in transaction SICF, for example CRM_IC_DT_REP.
  • You defined URL IDs in Define URLs and Parameters if you are going to create URL based launch transactions.
