Use
In this IMG activity, you assign scripts to a script profile. This profile lists the scripts that are to be available for agents to use in the My Scripts section of the interaction center (IC).
Requirements
You have created scripts for use in interactive scripting. For more information, see the SAP Library documentation in the Help Portal (help.sap.com) under mySAP Business Suite -> SAP Customer Relationship Mgmt. -> Getting Started with the Interaction Center -> Interaction Center WebClient -> Interactive Scripting -> Interactive Script Editor.
Standard settings
Activities
- Create a script profile.
- Choose New Entries.
- Enter a name and description for the profile. If you want the interactive script data to be recorded in BW, choose Record script data in BW in the History column.
- Save your data.
- Assign your scripts to a script profile.
- Select a script profile.
- Double-click the Scripts folder.
- Choose New Entries.
- Enter your script ID(s) in the Script ID column.
- Use the input help to display a list of scripts that exist in the system.
- Enter the dates your script is valid from and valid to.
- Save your data.
- Define the script languages.
- Double-click folder Script Languages.
- Choose New Entries.
- In column Languages, enter the languages you plan to have your scripts available in.
- Agents can choose to display scripts in the languages you enter here. You must also enter the original language in this column.
- Save your data.
- (Optional) Define which system events should trigger certain scripts.
In this step, you enter the events the system should "listen" for, and how the system reacts when the defined event occurs. You can enter multiple events in each profile.
- Select a script profile.
- Double-click folder Events.
- Choose New Entries.
- Enter the system event the system should listen for.
- Enter the class name.
- Enter the script ID of the script that you want to appear when the event defined in column IC WebClient Event occurs.
- To enter more events, repeat this step.
- Save your data.
- Add the script profile to:
IC WebClient profile (Interaction Center WebClient 2005 only)
