Use

In this IMG activity, you can search for trace files in the Interaction Center (IC) WebClient. This is useful for performing error analyses since you can display the following information for each user and session:

  • Incoming and outgoing Simple Object Access Protocol (SOAP) requests and responses to and from Communication Management software.
  • Incoming and outgoing HTTP requests and responses in Simple ABAP Messaging (SAM).
  • ABAP exceptions raised in Integrated Communication Interface (ICI) or the Business Communication Broker (BCB).

Select a user and a period. Select the required trace file from the results list and choose Continue.
