Use

In this IMG activity, you define a collective profile that determines the layout of the agent desktop application, the Interaction Center (IC) WebClient, including which functions and transactions are available. The IC WebClient profile includes individual functions. Each function has its own profile, for example, e-mail or scripting, that you define in separate Customizing activities.

Requirements

You have defined function profiles you want to assign to the IC WebClient profile, in the corresponding function Customizing activity.

Alternatively, if you have not yet defined function profiles, you could use the default profiles. You can change the assignments after you create your own function profiles.

For information about defining profiles for each function, see the Customizing activity documentation for the corresponding function.

Standard settings

SAP delivers a default IC WebClient profile, which includes default profiles for each function.

Activities

  1. Create a IC WebClient profile ID and description.
  2. Assign function profiles and values to the IC WebClient profile.
  3. Save.
  4. Assign the IC WebClient profile to organizational units or positions in Organizational Management.

    If you do not make this assignment, the system uses the DEFAULT IC WebClient profile.
