Use

In this IMG activity, you configure options for e-mail processing, including:

  • Default To and From e-mail addresses
  • Maximum e-mail attachment size
  • E-Mail headers for the mail client
  • HTML editor toolbar configuration
  • Form for printing e-mails
  • E-Mail channel and editor for processing e-mails
  • E-Mail processing informational messages
  • Transfer of information with the communication management software

Requirements

Depending upon what you are configuring, the following prerequisites may apply:

  • E-Mail addresses are defined.
  • Smart forms are created.

Standard settings

A DEFAULT profile is available.

Activities

  1. Copy the DEFAULT profile.
  2. Configure new profiles.
  3. Assign profiles to:
    IC WebClient profile (Interaction Center WebClient 2005 only)
