Use

In this Customizing activity, you create chat profiles that determine the handling of:

  • Transcripts

    You decide how and when the chat transcript is saved. After the interaction is completed, the saved transcript is available in the interaction record.

  • Software Agent Framework (SAF) application

    You can change the existing SAF application assignment, which determines which knowledge bases the interaction center (IC) agent can search while using chat.

This activity is optional. IC agents can still use the chat function in the IC if this activity is not maintained.
