Use

In this IMG activity, you make the workflow settings required for submitting a request form from a self-service scenario to an Employee Interaction Center (EIC).

You can assign processors to the individual workflow tasks and activate event type linkage.

Requirements

Standard settings

In the standard SAP system, no processors are assigned to the workflow tasks and event type linkage is deactivated. When you assign processors for the standard task EIC Processing - Request, assign it as a General Task as opposed to assigning it to individual employees.
