Use

In this IMG activity, you define the contact details to enable an employee to contact the Employee Interaction Center (EIC) from an Employee Self-Service scenario. Based on the EIC employee grouping to which the employee belongs, you can define the following:

  • Under Define Details, you can enter the phone number under which the employee can reach an Employee Interaction Center.
  • You can define the categories the employee can select in the request form for the EIC.
