The standard SAP system includes a possible assignment of item type priorities to inbox priorities.

Activities

Example

Priorities 1 (highest) through 9 (lowest) exist for the item type, e-mail. You can assign the priorities 1 and 2 to the inbox priority 1 (very high) and the priorities 6 through 9 to the inbox priority 4 (low).
