Use
In this IMG activity, you define status values for the inbox items.
Each inbox item has a status. EIC agents can perform searches in the inbox according to this priority. In this way, they can display only those items with the status New, for example.
Requirements
Standard settings
The standard SAP system includes the following status values:
- STAT1: New
- STAT2: In Process
- STAT3: Completed

Enter the status values you require for items in the EIC inbox.
