Use

In this IMG activity, you define special profiles for the inbox. You can assign additional processors and inbox item categories to a profile.

You can assign these inbox profiles to the profiles of the Interaction Center WebClient.

Requirements

You have defined inbox item categories.

You have defined processors.

Standard settings

The standard SAP system includes the following inbox profiles: DEFAULT, HREIC_INB, and HREIC_DEF. Different inbox item categories are assigned to the individual inbox profiles. For example, the inbox item category, activity, is the only category that has been assigned to the DEFAULT inbox profile.

Activities

  1. Select the relevant profile.
  2. Assign the additional processors you require.

    You can assign one or more processors to each profile.

  3. Assign the inbox categories you require.
  4. You can assign one or more categories to each profile and you can define the sequence in which categories are displayed in the EIC inbox.
