Use
In this IMG activity, you make settings for the workflow for e-mail processing. You assign processors to the individual workflow tasks and activate event type linkage.
Requirements
In the standard SAP system, no processors are assigned to workflow tasks and event type linkage is deactivated.

Activities
When you assign processors for the standard task, Process E-Mail, assign General Task as opposed to indivdual employees.
