Use
In this IMG activity, you define status values for the activity. Since activities are depicted in Case Management, you must create a status profile when you define status values.
Requirements
Standard settings
The standard SAP system includes the status profile EIC_ACST.
Activities
If you use the standard status profile EIC_ACST, you do not need to perform this activity. You only need to perform this activity if you want to use a different status profile. If this is the case, enter the status values you would like to use for your status profile.
If you have defined a status profile of your own, you must assign this status profile to the case type E_AC, which corresponds to the activity in the Employee Interaction Center. You make this assignment in the IMG activity Assign Number Range to Activity Case Type.
