Use
In this IMG activity, you can define special profiles for the employee search. You can assign these profiles to the various agents of an Employee Interaction Center (EIC).
Requirements
Standard settings
You can assign a specific SAP query to each profile you create for the employee search. You can specify a maximum number of hits to define the size of the hitlist found from the search results.
The standard SAP system includes the SAP queries EIC_EMP_SEARSS and EIC_EMP_SEARCH. SAP query EIC_EMP_SEARSS also includes the Social Insurance Number selection field.
You can define customer-specific queries.
Activities
Determine the employee search profile you want to assign to the general Interaction Center WebClient profile. You define the general WebClient profiles in the IMG activity Define Profiles for Interaction Center WebClient.
