Use
In this IMG activity, you define the processors to be used in the Employee Interaction Center (EIC). Define a processor ID, description, and processor type for each processor. You can define the following processor types: user, position, organizational unit, work center, and workflow rule.
You can use the processors you define in this activity in the following cases:
- You specify a processor for a follow-up activity in the EIC. For more information, see Follow-Up Activity.
- You specify a processor for an e-mail that is to be processed in the agent inbox. For more information, see E-Mail Processing.
- You define other potential processors in the agent inbox. For more information, see EIC Request from Self-Service.
