Use

In this IMG activity, you define categories and subcategories for the Employee Interaction Center (EIC).

Categories and subcategories are used to classify activities created by an EIC agent to document his or her tasks performed in relation to employee requests.

You can also use categories to define the subject field of the request form. Employees can submit this form to the Employee Interaction Center from the Employee Self-Service scenario. Employees can classify the request themselves by assigning one of the existing categories to the request.
