Use

In this IMG activity, you determine the rules according to which the infotype records of a concurrently employed person are copied, if an additional personnel assignment is created.

Requirements

Standard settings

Activities

You must make the following settings:

  • Assign a grouping reason to each infotype and subtype. This grouping reason is used for each infotype based on the permissibility of the infotype for the new framework (as defined by SAP in table Classes for Determining Version IDs and Infotype Containers (V_T582ITVCLAS)). The copy rules that are set up in the Customizing for Infotypes using the Infotype Is Copied From Reference Pers. No. feature are used for all other infotypes.
  • Determine whether the information is copied before the personnel assignment starts or from the point when the current personnel assigment exists.
