Use
In this IMG activity, you determine with which information the personnel assignments are displayed in the list box that you use to select a certain personnel assignment for concurrently employed persons.
You can display the content of fields from any infotype and any additional fields of HR Master Data infotypes.
In addition, you can determine if certain information should be displayed
- for active personnel assignments only or
- for inactive personnel assignments only (pensioners, inactive and former employees)
How the description is created depends on the country assignment of the personnel assignment. If no description is defined for a country assignment, the system chooses the country grouping 99.
Requirements
You have performed the IMG activity Activate Concurrent Employment for Personnel Administration.
Standard settings
Concurrent Employment is not activated in the standard system.
