Use
In this IMG activity, you determine how the system should react during hiring actions for employees for whom a personnel assignment already exists (employee recognition).
For employee recognition, you can choose whether the system should create a new personnel assignment for an existing employee, for example, or perform a rehiring action for a former employee.
To ensure that the system can determine the corresponding personnel action types, assign the logical keys to the personnel action types in this step.

You only need the Expatriation Planning, Activation in Host Country, Expatriation, and Change Expat. Planning Data actions if you use the Global Employee Management component.
In contrast to the actions mentioned above, the Country Change Entry action performs the country change without creating or reading planning data and is therefore to be seen as a hiring action in the host country.
The logical keys are predefined. You can take the personnel action types from your standard settings.
