In this step, you define the assignment of registers to function codes. You specific which functions are called up from which processing status.

Example

After a rollover offer is created, the loan is in the register Rollover offer created. In this register, it makes no sense to give users the option of using the functions Create rollover offer and Print rollover contract. So you should not assign these functions to this register.

Requirements

You have already defined the registers and function codes in the previous steps.

Recommendation

SAP recommends that you check the entries which are supplied in the system and that you delete the functions which do not belong to a processing stage.

Activities

  1. Enter an activity type.
  2. Choose New entries.
  3. Enter a source register (SR).
    Define the register (processing status) from which you can call up the function.
  4. Assign a function code (FCd.).
  5. Define whether the function is permitted at file level (Fil), main file (MnF) and/or general file (GnF),
  6. Specify the ranking order of the function (DR).
  7. If you want a table entry to appear on a screen by default, set the corresponding flag here (Df).
  8. Save your entries.
