In this step you define registers for processing files. You need to define processing statuses, which you then assign to an activity.

Activities

  1. Enter the activity type ID (call up possible entries via F4).
  2. Choose New entries.
  3. Enter a register indicator.
  4. Give the register a name.
  5. Enter a short name.
  6. Define a ranking order for the register, in other words, the order in which it appears on the screen.
  7. Define a register type.
  8. If you want to be able to remove a loan from a file for processing, set the removal ID.
  9. Save your entries.

Further notes

You must define at least two registers for each activity type:

  • a default register where you assign loans by means of the functions Fill file and Insert loans and
  • a separate register where you assign a loan which you want to remove from the normal processing functions for a certain period.
