In this step, you define which fields will be displayed in the partner lists for notifications.

You can number the fields that are to appear in the list or you can mark them as invisible. From this predefined field list, each user can create his own user-specific list. The user can only select the numbered fields and those fields that are not marked as invisible. If you assign numbers to the fields, the numbers are displayed in the corresponding sequence in the application transactions. If a single user has not defined his or her own field selection, the fields you activated here will be displayed.
